Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Euthyn uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a site remember information about you (such as a logged-in session) between visits. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and pixel tags; for simplicity we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to function. You cannot disable these without breaking core features such as login and session bookings.
sb-access-token,sb-refresh-token— Supabase authentication (session, HTTP-only).__stripe_mid,__stripe_sid— Stripe fraud prevention during checkout.- Session and CSRF cookies set by Next.js middleware.
Functional
Remember non-essential preferences such as UI state or saved filters.
euthyn.prefs— stored in localStorage; holds your UI preferences.
Analytics
Help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous session replay and heatmaps. Recordings exclude input values and, where HIPAA applies, clinical pages entirely.
Marketing
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.
3. Third parties
Some cookies are set by sub-processors we use to deliver the Service: Supabase (auth), Stripe (payments), Daily.co (video), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Each operates under its own privacy policy in addition to ours.
4. How to manage cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also support “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals, which we honor for analytics cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and booking.
Helpful browser guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
5. Changes
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
